The team consists of professionals from around the world who contribute their creative expertise to provide VR experiences grounded in impactful narratives.
Dave Senior Jr. has worked in the film, television, and video game industries for the past ten years. As a Directors Guild of Canada Assistant Director, Dave worked on the hit TV series Murdoch Mysteries and Orphan Black. In 2020, with Cynthia Preston, he also produced the award-winning short film, Mute, based on the short story by Stephen King.
While employed at Ubisoft Toronto, Dave worked on the bestselling video games Far Cry 5, Far Cry New Dawn, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, The Division 2, and Watch Dogs: Legion in multiple roles, including 1st Assistant Cinematic Director, Voice Director, Motion Capture Technician, Virtual Camera Operator, and Facial Head-Mounted Camera Technician. Dave is also the producer of the VR tabletop-game simulator, QuestHaven, currently in development. In 2022, Dave became a co-founder of Cyndicate VR Productions. As Producer and Creative Director, he manages the development of creative assets and the overall VR experience. Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Windsor and a Diploma in Media Arts from Sheridan College.
Caitlin Garvey holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Classical Civilizations from the University of Toronto. Since 2017, she has taken on various roles at the Toronto International Film Festival, working with some of the film industry’s top talent.
She currently holds the position of Senior Coordinator, Film Office, in the Festival and Canadian Programming department of the organization. In 2022, Caitlin became a co-founder of Cyndicate VR Productions. As Lead Writer and Narrative Director, she leads all story-focused elements for the company, ensuring the unity of storytelling and interactivity on every project. The opening chapter of her work-in-progress novel, The Chrysalis Protocol, was a top ten finalist for the Penguin Random House Canada Student Award for Fiction in 2021.
Jason Walsh has over 25 years of capital markets experience, including 10 years as a stockbroker, which allowed him to gather invaluable experience and insight into the formation and financing of start-up and early-stage opportunities.
He has served on the board as CEO and Chairman of many startup ventures and has been a capital markets advisor to dozens of companies. Jason has raised substantial capital for many businesses and has been responsible for the public listing of dozens of companies.
Cynthia Preston is an actor and producer, known for her roles in Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, Carrie, Showtime's Total Recall 2070, and Whale Music, which was the opening film of the Toronto Film Festival and nominated for Best Picture in Canada. She has appeared in forty-one films, playing the lead in nineteen, and has been in more than two-hundred-and-forty episodes of television.
In 2014 she branched out and added Producing to her resume, then Writing, Directing, and Editing. Among her many credits, Cynthia is the voice of Princess Zelda in The Legend of Zelda animated series and played Ophelia in Playhouse West’s production of Hamlet in Los Angeles. Highlights of her career include appearances on the hit shows, CSI, Two and a Half Men, X-Files, American Gods, Bones, Numbers, and Hannibal, along with several years on General Hospital playing a role specifically written for her, that of a femme fatale mobster. The short film Mute, which Cynthia stars in, and which she produced with Dave Senior, is currently on the festival circuit. To date, the film has won Best Thriller at the Imagine This Women's Film Festival, the Platinum Remi Award at Worldfest Houston International Film Festival, and was awarded Honourable Mention at both the Toronto International Women Film Festival and The Blue Ridge Film Festival. In Mute, Cynthia was nominated for Best Performance at the Hollywood North Film Awards for her portrayal of Monette. In 2022, Cynthia became a co-founder of Cyndicate VR Productions, and looks forward to her participation as Producer and Cinematic Director.
George Paige’s first career was in academia as a college instructor at Salem University and University of Vermont. Wanting to inspire on a larger scale, George switched career paths, becoming an award-winning producer with The Doors: Dance on Fire for HBO. This success led to Motown on Showtime featuring films on Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye, and the Temptations.
George then segued to producing network specials including: Abbott & Costello Meet Jerry Seinfeld (NBC), The Brady Bunch Reunion (CBS), 50 Years of Funny Females (ABC), Woody Harrelson’s The Three Stooges’ 75th Anniversary (ABC) and the movies ’Twas the Night with Bryan Cranston (Disney), A Karroll’s Christmas (A&E), and This Gun for Hire (Universal) plus feature films The Three Stooges (Fox) and Space Warriors (Walden). His additional producing credits include the animated movies The Nutty Professor (TBS) and Brer Rabbit (Universal), as well as Disney’s Mickey’s 60th Birthday, and The New Mickey Mouse Club, launching careers for Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling, Kerri Russell and Christina Aguilera. Alina Mitchell leads in designing and implementing professional learning opportunities for educators on innovation and emerging technologies including augmented/virtual reality, coding, robotics, and more. During her years as a K-12 principal and her role(s) at the University of San Diego as an Associate Director of Academic Innovation and Technology and Instructional Designer, she has trained school district leaders, educators, and students on the limitless ways immersive learning can excite and transform the learning experience.
Alina has developed K-higher education curriculums for STEM, humanities, and education sciences. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in English/Professional Writing with a minor in Business Management and a Master’s of Arts in Secondary Education and English, in addition to an e-Learning/Instructional Design Certificate.

Development, focusing on AR/VR/MR over the last 8 years. QuestHaven is not a game but an environment with a set of tools for players to create their adventures to run their campaigns, their way! QuestHaven provides the table / world for players to gather around and bring the ruleset of their choice to. From casting fireballs in Dungeons of Dragons, to teching up in Cyberpunk Red, the party can go wherever their game master takes them! QuestHaven gives its users powerful world building tools to make immersive 3D maps.
